Service Agreement: Swifty Poo provides pet waste removal services using eco-friendly, all-organic products to ensure your yard remains clean, safe, and hygienic. Our services are designed for residential and commercial properties within the Brantford area.

Pricing & Payment: Service pricing is based on the specific needs of your property and the frequency of visits. All payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Swifty Poo reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, with notice provided to clients in advance.

Seniors Discount: Swifty Poo offers a special seniors discount, available to clients aged 65 and over. Proof of age may be required to qualify for this discount.

Liability: While Swifty Poo takes every reasonable precaution to protect your property during service, we are not responsible for damage caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, pre-existing issues such as landscaping damage, pet behavior, or weather conditions. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their pets are properly secured during our visits.

Service Limitations: Swifty Poo reserves the right to refuse service in certain situations, including but not limited to hazardous conditions, aggressive pets, or circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients are required to provide 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Confidentiality: Swifty Poo values your privacy. All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Environmental Responsibility: We are committed to using 100% eco-friendly and organic products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. We continuously strive to minimize our environmental impact in all aspects of our business.
